Renovation disruptions really took away from the experience!!! The internet connectivity felt like a joke, making working from the hotel frustrating. It would be great to see better maintenance, especially with the pool area being neglected!!!

The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff provided professional service during check-in, and complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice touch. The breakfast options were diverse and freshly prepared, making it an ideal start to my busy day. The meeting facilities were equipped with all the necessary tech, which aided in my presentations.

However, the room's mattresses were overly soft, making for a restless night, and housekeeping didn't seem to conduct deep cleaning, as evident from water stains near the nightstand. Additionally, the Wi-Fi speeds were frustratingly slow during my stay.

The room had air conditioning, a microwave, refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. Loved the complimentary toiletries and the hairdryer was a nice touch. Breakfast had great options like waffles, eggs, and coffee all day. The fitness center was well-equipped. The pool area looked nice, even though it was under some maintenance.

During my stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas I-30 Cockrell Hill, Tx, I found the room to be spacious and bright, complete with a cozy seating area that was perfect for relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful start to the day, offering a variety of options that made mornings easy. Plus, the entire hotel felt well-maintained and exceptionally clean.

the elevators were out of service. that was a bummer. but the room was spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. loved the free breakfast options too! perfect location near shops!
